Although, I've never been in her situation before, but if I was then I probably wouldn't even want to talk to you, for a while. Unless she's really upset about it, then apologizing might make her feel worse. Because I expect that she'd be trying her best to forget all about it.
I wouldn't really know, though. I've never been in that kind of situation before.
