He has obviously been drugged, and someone seems to have ....hurt him.

[America was a bit crazy shortly after they arrived, but Lithuania has come to trust him, and this situation ...he might need help to find whoever has done this.]

Not really. I'm trying to find out about it, but I need the drug to leave his system before he can really answer... and even then he might not remember.
