I haven't heard of it. But, logically, even if a person here could conceive, since no one ages, the baby would never grow.

It doesn't seem like it would be possible unless it happened for an event.

It wouldn't be a real pregnancy, but I think there is precedent for a person feeling and appearing as though they were pregnant.

If they are human, they will grow old and die long before us, and they would spend their whole life being different and having to explain themselves to others. I ...do not think that that is something I would want to do to a child.
