[Remember Lithuania's last post? Well, he seems to be a LOT better now. Time and his husband's care and, most importantly, beating Kura and thus regaining some feeling of his own strenght helped him to at least be able to go out again. Poland is never too far away, but he can stand to leave their room without having Poland less than a foot away. Right now, they are both working in the fields, or rather, their field, and Lithuania is trying to erect a scarecrow.

He takes a step back and looks at the fake person thoughtfully, before taking his communicator and switching on the feed.]

Does anyone here know how to make scarecrows more effective?

2010 actually! I heard that Wonderland could bring other people from different times but this is my first time experiencing it in person!

Can you do me a favor then? Can you tell me what it was like?

Sure.

What exactly would you like to know about?

Hm...what would be a normal day for a farmer back then?

Get back up early in the morning and then it really depends on the day and on the "farmer". If we assume that it is a peasant and that it is early spring, he would herd the animals out of the house, and whoever looks after them would lead them away. Then he would go out to prepare the fields. In the evening, he would repair his tools and sit with his family.

It must be nice to leave such a life like that.

...I miss my people, and my lands. Sure, it is hard, but there are wonderful moments as well, and while I gained something here that I won't have back home, found friends that I will lose when going back, I still would not want to stay here forever. I always feel incomplete.

I think it's natural to feel ambivalent to issues like these. [She should know]

This can be a nice place compared to our world but at the same time, it isn't. I barely got here and I'm feeling this way.

Do you have an important role where you're from?

...Something like that.

[cough]

No, I'm sorry, you're going to have to guess harder!
