The people who ignore the rules always like to believe that. They probably feel a little remorse for being morons, so they validate it by claiming everyone else is the same way.
Most people still get married; usually to someone of close to the same age, but that doesn't matter so much as long as they're both adults. Adultery is still a bad thing.
Meriken told me that almost nobody gets married anymore in her time, and that dating isn't for that, and with how girls run around and how they view- other things...
I don't say that everything is bad, but I- I'm not sure if it is good.

Well, a lot of my people go on dates, see how they get along together. Sometimes they move in together before hand, but it always depends. Then they get married and have kids, or adopt.
